losing Someone
As we grew up, we just stop valuing people who are around us, or due to our studies or work commitments we just stop giving them time, and hence when they are no more with us, we realize their importance in our lives.
This year was quite tough for me and my family. My dad lost his sister and my mom lost her brother, eventually, it was quite difficult for me to see them like that. It was such a trauma for me and my brother because they were not that aged and were in there 50s and 30s respectively. The starting days were quite difficult because I couldn't digest the fact that they are gone. I couldn't sleep at night and used to just think about them continuously and the memories we had together. Another most difficult thing to see was my mom was very depressed due to the loss of her brother, there were times when she used to cry, she used to say that she was not there during his last breath, she started to overthink a lot so I decided to indulge her into few new things. We both started going swimming together and due to which she had to complete all the household work early and then we used to go for swimming. After the sessions, she used to get tired, and hence she used to sleep properly at night. Eventually, things started to change, days passed by and she started healing slowly and slowly and now she is completely fine.
losing someone from your life is extremely heartbreaking it can be anyone friends, relatives, boyfriend, girlfriend anyone. This phase might be very difficult for you, could feel a tremendous physical pain, might have sleepless nights, you could not even focus on your work and you might feel insomniac and to overcome this the most important thing is to distract your mind and start doing the activities you always wanted to do. Go to those dance classes you always wanted to go, learn guitar, do things you always dreamt of, learn new languages, explore new places, Start spending time with your friends and family. Try to be busy in the daytime and do a lot of work, so that you could easily sleep at night without thinking about anything. Always remember everything happens for a reason and time will definitely heal your soul.
So if you ever go through such phases of your life just trust the process and give time to completely heal yourself.
