So in intermittent fasting, you have to eat for a limited period of the time and the remaining time you should give rest to your body. You should fast for 16 hr and the remaining 8 hr of the day you should eat food. It's a very simple procedure. If you are a beginner I would suggest you that in 24 hours, you should fast for 14 hr and eat in the remaining 10 hr. Whenever you are doing intermittent fasting I would suggest that you should avoid eating junk food, soda, chocolates, biscuits. You can have rice in limited quantities. Try to have lots of fruits and vegetables because fruits and vegetables are easily digestible Rather than grains and pulses. Drink plenty of water, trust me drinking water can heal most of your problems and will make your skin clean and healthy.
