How to do intermittent fasting?
Intermittent fasting is a tool that anyone can use to not only accelerate the fat loss but also... have a healthy lifestyle. If you are someone who is dealing with a lot of weight problems, trust me you should try it once. You will surely see a lot of difference in your body.
So in intermittent fasting, you have to eat for a limited period of the time and the remaining time you should give rest to your body. You should fast for 16 hr and the remaining 8 hr of the day you should eat food. It's a very simple procedure. If you are a beginner I would suggest you that in 24 hours, you should fast for 14 hr and eat in the remaining 10 hr. Whenever you are doing intermittent fasting I would suggest that you should avoid eating junk food, soda, chocolates, biscuits. You can have rice in limited quantities.Try to have lots of fruits and vegetables because fruits and vegetables are easily digestible Rather than grains and pulses. Drink plenty of water, trust me drinking water can heal most of your problems and will make your skin clean and healthy.
So in a day, we have 24 hours, it totally depends on us at what time of the day we have to fast and at what time of the day or night we have to eat food.
For some people, it would be possible to fast from 8:00 pm to 12:00 pm and eat from 12:00 pm to 8:00 pm .
So what happens here is, you eat your dinner at night, it takes 6-7 hours to digest your food. So the rest of the time is the healing period of your body, where are body does all the cleaning stuff, it breaks the cyst, it cleans the intestines, it breaks down stones, it cleans our skin and scars. So this is how you tend to lose weight.
The timing totally depends on person to person, some may be comfortable with the above timings whereas some might not, hence for others it would be possible to fast from 8:00 pm to 12:00 pm and eat from 12:00 pm to 8:00 pm.
So it totally depends on you, how you want it to do. Always remember during intermittent fasting try to avoid burgers, pizza, chips, soda, and chocolates and try to have a lot of water.
During your fasting period just have water or you can also have coconut water or vegetable juice, just avoid having fruit juice, tea, coffee etc
After your fasting period, you can have your meal, try to have lots of fruits and vegetables. You can have rice but in limited quantity only.
Try to do some mild exercises like jogging, fast walking, skipping, dancing, etc.
I'm sure after a few days of intermittent fasting you're body will feel very light and your strength and metabolism will increase rapidly. You will surely see a difference in your body, you will surely lose a few pounds.
